Who are UMMI boxes for?

Our boxes are created for moms at different stages of motherhood, including expecting mothers, new moms, breastfeeding moms, and moms who simply deserve a little extra care.

Can I send a box directly as a gift?

Absolutely. You can have your order shipped directly to the recipient. Simply enter their address as the shipping address during checkout, and don't forget to let us know if there is any specific gift message that you want to include.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Each UMMI order is thoughtfully prepared with care. Please allow 2–4 business days for processing, followed by approximately 3–7 business days for delivery. We’ll send you tracking details as soon as your gift is on its way.

Can I return a gift box?

We want you to feel good about your UMMI purchase. Unopened and unused gift boxes may be returned within 14 days of delivery, as long as the complete box and all included items are returned in their original condition. For full details, please visit our Returns & Refunds Policy.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll review the issue and work with you on an appropriate replacement, or other resolution.

Can I include a gift message?

Yes. If gift-message options are available at checkout, you can add a personal note and we’ll include it with the order.
